BUILDING INSPECTOR

This position is responsible for inspecting building alterations and installations and enforcing building code regulations relating to the building phase of building construction and use.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineering License (preferred)
Knowledge of IBC Building Codes
Experience with reviewing plans
2 years’ experience in building inspection
