STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (SENIOR LEVEL)

We are seeking a full-time Structural Professional Engineer to manage projects and deadlines. Our projects primarily consist of performing building inspections and preparing permit documents from conception through design and drafting. The position requires working together with a team of intern(s) and CAD technician(s) to execute the client’s vision in accordance with the building code requirements.

Location: Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (from an ABET accredited school required)
  • EI (required)
  • Professional Engineering License (preferred)
  • 10-20 years’ experience designing residential and commercial buildings
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage projects from the proposal phase through CA, including the preparation of permit documents.
